GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Customers who join this plan will be subject to all its terms and conditions. These terms and conditions solely come under the legal terms of the Government of India. This plan comes under the Kozhikode jurisdiction. Customers who are purchasing the ornaments after the plan period should provide their personal ID proof.

• On failure of getting the receipt even 10 days after the transaction, kindly contact the branch. Continue with the next installment only after you get your receipt for the former payment. Upon every payment, make sure that the exact amount is recorded on the customer card.

• The customer should be physically present in order to purchase the ornaments. The receipts should also be handed over at the branch on every purchase.

• All taxes apply.
HOW IT WORKS

Installments starts at 250/- onwards. Duration of the plan is 11 months.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The installment starts from Rs. 250 onwards.

• The duration of the plan is 11 months.

• One month after the last installment, you can purchase ornaments equal to the total amount paid, according to the gold rate on the day of purchase.

• With this plan, gold up to 16% can be purchased without labor/wastage charges and gold above 16% can be purchased with a 50% discount on labor wages.

• All taxes existing now are applicable.

• The advance payment can be any amount for up to 6 months. From the 7th month onwards, the installment amount will be the average of the amount already paid.

• 30 days after the last installment, you can purchase ornaments equal to the total amount paid. The amount will not be returned as cash.

• With this plan, customers can purchase 22-carat gold ornaments, gold coins, diamond ornaments, platinum, and other precious ornaments according to the terms and conditions. 22.24-carat gold biscuits cannot be purchased under this plan.

• Upon closing the plan before its complete duration, you will be able to purchase ornaments equal to the total amount paid, with discounts on labor charges.

• After the plan’s duration, you will be able to purchase the ornaments equal to the amount paid as per the gold rate on the day of purchase.
